(Reading to Improve Success and Efficiency in Education)
The goals are twofold:
- To increase the oral and literacy skills of all students, particularly at-risk, low-income, minority, and English Learners (EL) to overall improve academic performance, and
- To create a campus culture and classroom climate that promotes technology/STEM/computer programming integration, capacity building, and literacy across all academic content areas.
Project RISE2 will serve 800 students in Pre-K – 12th grade at Promesa Public Schools in East Austin.
