ACE (Afterschool Centers on Education) at EAPrep Elementary and Secondary campus works in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club to offer free academically driven programming in your child’s afterschool experience. Not just your typical afterschool program, we are looking to break the mold by offering exciting activities with an intense focus on academics and education!

The safety of our students is our number one priority which is why during this time, which is why we are excited to offer all of our after school programmings now online! Please find the Virtual Program Schedule below. In addition to offering online classes, we will be distributing activity kits and snacks every Monday between 11am -1pm at our Jain Lane campus. We hope to see you there!

About ACE
ACE is an out-of-school-time program partnering with the Boys & Girls Club that provides a school-based environment to enrich EAPrep students’ academic success. ACE brings in many partners to introduce and teach your child new skills. Some of these partners are: Game on Sports, Young Rembrandts, Kids Kitchen, Leap of Joy, Creative Brick Builders, Sylvan Learning, Snapology, Mad Scientist, Boneshakers Bike Program, and Austin Tinkering. In addition, students are provided with a healthy afterschool snack and dinner. Though we're afterschool, ACE works closely with the school to ensure our expectations and academic program align with the school day.
Schedule: 1st - 5th grade. Monday-Friday, 3:30pm - 7:00pm, PreK-Kinder, Monday-Friday, 3:30pm - 4:30pm, designated Saturdays

Eligibility: Open to all EAPrep Elementary students in grades PreK through 5th; please note, due to the extent of the day and age requirements PreK and Kinder must be picked up by 4:30pm.
Afterschool Program: Activities include Power Hour with homework assistance to aid your child in completing their homework, tutoring services from Sylvan Learning to other academically based learning opportunities like the Newsletter Team, Mathletes and Science Club led by talented ACE leaders. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in co-curricular activities including sports, coding with Dot and Dash, cooking, arts, youth leadership and much more.
Family Program: ACE provides monthly Saturday programming throughout the school year as well as additional educational and college field trips. Our Saturday programs are planned with the idea to have parents participate with their child(ren) so we invite you to check with ACE and see how you can be part of the fun. In addition to Saturday programming we also host Family Nights like Family Math Night and Family Science Night; this gives you the opportunity to learn and experiment alongside your child.
Summer Program: Each summer ACE offers a free STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) camp to all EAPrep Elementary students. STEAM camp runs for 6 weeks and provides students with a space to continue learning in a different setting from the normal classroom; weekly field trips are also included. About Texas ACE
Texas Afterschool Centers on Education (ACE), administered by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), is a structured, safe, and supervised place for learning and social interaction.
